Joseph Paradiso

Joseph C. Paradiso is a principal and founding member of the firm. He has practiced law since 1978, concentrating exclusively on family law cases in Maryland and Washington, D.C.

More than just a skilled and experienced attorney, Mr. Paradiso is a frequent lecturer on various domestic relations topics. He was named among the top Family Law attorneys in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area by Washingtonian Magazine in 2000, 2004, and 2009, and has been named as a top family law attorney by the Maryland and D.C. Super Lawyers Magazine.

Mr. Paradiso is a Fellow of the Maryland Chapter of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and is a certified Mediator and Arbitrator. The Circuit Court of Montgomery County and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia frequently appoint Mr. Paradiso as the ADR mediator for domestic relations cases and as a Best Interest Attorney, (formerly Guardian Ad Litem).

Mr. Paradiso earned his undergraduate degree from American University (1972) and his law degree from George Mason University (1978). He is a member of the Montgomery County Bar Association, Maryland State Bar Associations and the District of Columbia Bar Association.
